摘要
目的探讨硝苯地平控释片联合吲达帕胺治疗老年顽固性单纯性收缩期高血压的临床效果及对肾功能的影响。方法将本院2010年2月—2012年4月收治的老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者96例,按其入院单双日随机分为2组,每组各48例,对照组单纯给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合吲达帕胺治疗,疗程均为6月。结果 2组患者治疗后血压均有下降,但观察组降压总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后观察组患者血清肌酐、肌酐清除率及尿微量白蛋白检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平控释片联合吲达帕胺降低老年顽固性单纯收缩期高血压效果显著,还可改善患者肾功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the influence of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with indapamide on renal function of elderly patients with refractory isolated systolic hypertension. Methods 96 elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission odd and even day, 48 cases in each group. Control group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets, while the observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with indapamide on the basis of control group. Result After treatment, blood pressure in both groups decreased, and decreasing range of blood pressure in observation group was significantly greater than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences of serum creatinine, creatinine clearance rate and microalbuminuria detection result before and after treatment in observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with indapamide can effectively reduce blood pressure and promote renal function in elderly patients with refractory isolated systolic hypertension, so it is worthy of clinical popu- larization.
