摘要
设计合成了 9个未见文献报道的 2 (E) (3 ,5 二叔丁基 4 羟基亚苄基 )环戊酮Mannich碱类化合物 ,初步药理实验结果显示 :其中两个化合物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有较强的抑制作用 .
Nine new Mannich bases of 2 (E) (3,5 Di tert butyl 4 hydroxy benzylidene)cyclopentanone were synthesized and screened for antiinflammatory activity.Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that two compounds of them exerted appreciable inhibitory effects on xylene induced ear edema in mice.
