摘要
以3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醛,氯乙酰氯和硫脲为原料,采用"一锅法"制备得到CI-1004,产率达到76%。
We designed a simple and new process for preparon of darbufelone,which employed 3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy- benzaldehyde, chloroacetyl chloride and thiourea as raw materials and afforded a higher yield which is 76%.
