摘要
采用饱和水溶液法制备2-巯基丙酸/β-环糊精包合物,利用紫外分光光度法测定包合物中2-巯基丙酸的含量,并通过正交实验对其包合工艺进行优化,结果表明:m(β-环糊精)∶m(2-巯基丙酸)=12∶1、包合温度为40℃、包合时间为5 h时,包合率达到74.95%。利用显微镜法、扫描电镜法、紫外分光光度法、红外光谱法对包合物的结构进行验证。
The β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of 2-mercaptopropionic acid was prepared by saturated water solution method, and the content of 2-mercaptopropionic acid of inclusion compound was tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the synthesis process was optimized by orthogonal experimental design. The results show that the optimized conditions were as follows :m(β-cyclodextrin) :m(2-mercaptopropionic acid) = 12:1 ;the inclusion temperature was 40℃ ;the inclusion time was 4 h. Under such optimum conditions,the inclusion rate can reach 74. 95%. Then the structure of the inclusion complex was characterized by means of digital liquid crystal biological microscope, scanning electron microscope, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and infrared spectroscopy.
