应用响应曲面法优化β-环糊精聚合物微球的合成工艺 被引量:1

OPTIMIZATION OF TECHNOLOGY FOR PREPARATION OF β-CYCLODEXTRIN POLYMER MICROSPHERES USING RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLONGY

摘要 采用响应曲面法(RSM)优化了β-环糊精聚合物(-βCDP)微球的合成工艺.以微球产率和粒径的回归综合得分为指标,分析了交联剂的用量、乳化剂用量和乳化温度对-βCDP微球品质的影响,并建立了相应的预测模型.结果表明:综合得分与交联剂质量、乳化剂质量和乳化温度之间的线性关系显著;在交联剂用量7.43 g,乳化剂用量0.79 g,乳化温度59.2℃时相应的-βCDP微球的产率和平均粒径的综合得分有最大预测值7.78,经验证最佳工艺条件下制备的微球的产率达70.63%,平均粒径117.9μm,综合得分为7.69. The objective of the study was to derive optimum conditions for preparation of β-cyclodextrin polymer(β-CDP) microspheres technology by using Response Surface Methodology.The composite score based on the evaluation indicators of the rate of yield and average partical size of β-CDP microspheres influenced by the quantity crosslinking agent,the quantity of emulsifier and emulsifying temperature was calculated by using regression analysis.The prediction models were also established.The analysis of variance revealed that the quantity crosslinking agent,the quantity of emulsifier and emulsifying temperature significantly affected response variables.The predicted maximum composite score was 7.78 when the quantity of crosslinking agent was 7.43 g,the quantity of emulsifier was 0.79 g and the emulsifying temperature was 59.2 ℃.These values were experimentally verified,and the average rate of yield,the average partical size of β-CDP microspheres under optimized conditions were 70.63% and 117.9 μm respectively,and the composite score was 7.69.
