(茅)苍术挥发油主要化学成分的稳定性及其抗炎作用的初步比较 被引量:22

Preliminary Studies on the Instability of Volatile Oil in Rhizome Atractrylodis with Different Anti-inflammation Effects

摘要 目的:考察常温下保存(茅)苍术挥发油主要化学成分的稳定性,并初步比较不同时间常温下保存挥发油的抗炎作用。方法:用气-质联用仪分离、分析、鉴定苍术挥发油的主要化学成分,以紫外可见分光光度计比较室温下保存的挥发油颜色随时间变化,并以二甲苯致炎法初步探讨挥发油不稳定性对抗炎作用的影响。结果:以气-质联用仪分析鉴定出挥发油中的17种成分,其中相对百分含量≥4%的主要成分为β-芹子烯、茅术醇、β-桉叶醇、α-红没药醇和一个未知成分。室温下保存(茅)苍术挥发油由原来的淡黄色逐渐变为无色,彼此之间发生成分转化。常温下保存时间越长,其抗急性炎症作用增强。结论:(茅)苍术挥发油常温下保存具有不稳定性;随保存时间延长,其抗炎作用增强。 Objective:To analyze instability of the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Rhizome Atractrylodis and to preliminarily study its anti - inflammation effects in different storage period. Method : The constituents of volatile oil in Rhizome Atraetrylodis were separated and identified by GC/MS, and subsequent color change with time under room temperature w'as investigated by UV/spectrometer. The effects of the instability on the anti-inflananation action were also investigated with dimethylbenzene - induced model of mice. Results: 17 compounds were isolated and identified, among them,β-selinene,hinesol, β-eudesmol, α- bisabolol,and an unknown compound are main components with relative percentage not less than 4%. Under room temperature, the volatile oil color changed from light yellow to achromatism and the constituents transform into each other. The anti - inflammation effects enhanced with longer storage period under room temperature. Conclusion : Under room temperature, the storage of volatile oil in Rhizome Atractrylodis is instable and the longer of the storage period the more positive of the anti - inflammation effects.
