摘要
提出了生产CLT酸时所产生的废酸循环使用的治理方案.通过硫酸氢钠饱和溶液盐析废酸,除去其中的有机杂质,使回收得到的硫酸重新投入循环生产中.此方法不仅消除了废酸的污染,而且实现了变废为宝的研究思路,属于洁净化生产技术.
The technology on the treating and utilization of the waste-acid which comes from the process of CLT-acid production was studied. The waste-acid via salting out with NaHSO4 saturated solution to remove organic impurity among it, then carry on recycle use. It can either eliminate the pollution of the waste-acid or improve the over-all economic benefit of the product.
