摘要
研究了氧化铝膜的表面酸碱性 ,发现采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备的氧化铝膜的表面酸碱性受膜的择优取向性的影响 ;焙烧温度越高 ,形成的氧化铝膜的 (110 )面择优取向性越强 ,氧化铝膜表面呈碱性 OH基团密度越大 ,碱量越大 ;而 γ-氧化铝膜表面酸性 OH基团密度越小 ,酸量越少 .经 70 0℃焙烧形成的氧化铝膜表面 ,以碱性 OH基团为主 ,对酸性气体有良好的选择吸附性 .含 2 5 % (体积分数 ) CO2 的 CO2 / N2 混合气体经 70 0℃焙烧形成的 γ-氧化铝膜分离后 ,混合气中的 CO2 浓度降为 0 .7%
The surface acid and base of γ alumina membrane prepared by sol gel technique was studied. It was found that the preferred orientation of γ alumina membrane influence its surface acid and base. The higher the sintering temperature, the higher the degree of the (110) preferred orientation. The larger the density of the surface basic OH groups, the larger the amount of the base, and the lower the density of the surface acid OH groups, the less the amount of the acid. The surface of the γ alumina membrane sintered at 700 ℃ with high density of surface basic OH groups has higher selectivity in acid gases separation. CO 2/N 2 mixed gases with 0.7% CO 2 was obtained from the CO 2/N 2 mixed gases with 25% CO 2 by the separation of the γ alumina membrane sintered at 700 ℃.
