药物脱色用氧化铝的开发研究

A Development Research on the use of Medical Aluminum Oxide as a Decolorant

摘要 该文以氢氧化铝为原料,制备了药物脱色用氧化铝。制备过程的酸洗复合和梯度烘焙等关键工序的技术参数为:复合溶液w(乙酸)=5%和w(PdC l2)=0.6%水溶液,浸泡时间1 h;梯度烘焙活化温度650℃,活化时间1 h,自然冷却。XRD测试结果表明,所得产品w(γ-型)=95%。TEM测试结果表明,产品表面具有独特的蜂窝状孔隙结构。经BET法测定,产品的比表面积为219.5 m2/g。产品对ρ(次亚甲基蓝)=1.5 g/L水溶液的过滤速度为23.0 mL/m in,脱色效率为99.8%。该文报告工作的新颖性,已为河北省科学技术信息研究所于2005年10月21日出具的第200513b15000959 a号《科技查新报告》所证实。 Medical aluminum oxide, a fine chemical often used as a deolorant in antibiotics production, was prepared by using aluminum hydroxide as the starting material. The appropriate parameters in the key of the preparation were: acid washing solution 5% mass fraction of acetic acid with 0. 6% mass fraction of PdC12 ; impregnating time = 1 h in the washing solution ; gradient calcination temperature 650 ℃ ;activation time 1 h;natural cooling in gradient calcination-activation step. The crystal phase of the product characterized by XRD was over 95% mass fraction of T-type. The unique honey-comb like surface appearance was detected by TEM. The surface area was 219.5 m2/g. Filtration speed and decolorating rate of 0. 15% mass concentration of methylene blue were 23.0 mL/min and 99.8% respectively.
