摘要
目的:观察中药糖肝康对糖尿病脂肪肝模型大鼠肝脏中血红素加氧酶(HO-1)免疫组化表达的影响。方法:用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)联合高糖高脂饮食的方法复制糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠模型,药物干预12周后,观察大鼠肝脏中HO-1免疫组化的表达。结果:糖肝康可减少糖尿病脂肪肝模型大鼠肝脏中HO-1的异常表达,模型对照组肝脏组织HO-1免疫组化阳性积分较空白对照组显著升高(P<0.01);糖肝康大、中、小剂量组与模型对照组相比,阳性积分明显降低(P<0.01),糖肝康大剂量组与护肝宁对照组相比也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:糖肝康可通过减少HO-1的异常表达,在改善糖尿病脂肪肝方面发挥积极作用。
Objective：To observe the effect of Tanggankang on the immunohisto-chemical expression of HO-1 in the liver of diabetic-fatty rat model. Methods：Rat models were made with STZ and high-quality and high-carbohydrate diet. After 12 weeks of drug intervention,the expression of HO-1 was observed.Results：Tanggankang could reduce the expression of HO-1 in liver of diabetic fatty liver rat model. The immunohis-to-chemical positive points score of HO-1 in model group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01）,but lower than that in the high-dose,middle-dose and low-dose of Tanggankang groups（P〈0.01）. There was significantly different between the high-dose group of Tanggankang and Huganning group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tanggankang play an active role in improveing glucose and lipid by effecting the ex-pression of HO-1.
