护肝宁丸中虎杖苷、槲皮素和丹参酮ⅡA的测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立护肝宁丸中虎杖苷、槲皮素和丹参酮ⅡA的测定方法。方法:采用PhenomenexLunaC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0m L·min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长306nm(0-20min),360nm(20-59min),270nm(59-69min)。结果:虎杖苷、槲皮素、丹参酮ⅡA分别在0.146-1.46μg(r=0.9993)、0.03504-0.3504μg(r=0.9995)、0.03004-0.3004μg(r=0.9996)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为95.9%、96.9%、96.2%,RSD分别为0.87%、1.32%、0.60%。结论:检测3种成分的HPLC法优于只测定虎杖苷的护肝宁丸现执行标准。 Objective:To establish method for the determination of polydatin, quercetin, tanshinone H A in Hugan- ning Pills. Methods :The analysis was carried out on Phenomenex Luna C ls column (4.6mm x250mm,5 μ m ). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with step gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1, the column temperature was 30℃;The detection wavelengths were 306nm, 360nm and 270nm, respec- tively. Results :The experiments showed a good linearity in the range of 0.146-1.46 μg ( r=0.9993 )for Polydatin, 0.03504-0.3504μg ( r=0.9995 ) for Quercetin, 0.03004-0.3004 μg ( r=0.9996 ) for Tanshinone II A, respectively. The average recoveries of the method was 95.9%,96.9%,96.2%, respectively. The RSD was 0.87%, 1.32%,0.60%, respectively. Conclusion: HPLC method of determining three constituents is superior to the current method which is only used for the determination of polydatin in Huganning pills
