摘要
目的：了解1～2岁儿童营养状况及影响因素。方法：合肥市妇幼保健所发育门诊就诊并进行膳食营养分析的1～2岁267例儿童为调查对象，测量体重和身高，并对其抚养人进行问卷调查。结果：267例儿童中男148例（55．43％）、女119例（44．57％）。4个月内母乳喂养率为56．55％，4—6个月食物转换率为87．64％，儿童生长迟缓率（HAZ〈-2）为3．74％，低体重率（WAZ〈-2）和消瘦率（WHZ〈-2）分别为0．75％和1．12％，肥胖率（WHZ〉2）为9．36％。所有月龄组儿童年龄别身高中位数均高于WHO推荐标准，24—27月龄、30～33月龄组儿童年龄别体重中位数低于WHO推荐标准，30—33月龄组儿童身高别体重中位数低于WHO推荐标准。多分类Logistic回归分析结果显示：母亲职业、文化、带养者喂养知识、儿童出生体重及食欲是影响儿童营养状况的重要因素。结论：1—2岁儿童总体营养状况良好。体格发育受出生情况、喂养状况和家庭情况影响，需采取综合干预措施促进儿童体格协调发育。
Objective： To understand the nutritional status and influencing factors of children aged 1 -2 years old. Methods： A total of 267 children aged 1 - 2 years old who went to outpatient department of the hospital for dietary nutritional analysis were selected as investigation objects, body weight and body height were measured, and their caters were surveyed by a questionnaire. Results： Among 267 children, the proportions of boys and girls were 55.43% （ 148 children） and 44. 57% （ 119 children）, respectively. The rate of breastfeeding within four months was 56. 55%, food conversion rate during 4 - 6 months was 87.64%, the incidence rates of growth retardation （ HAZ 〈 - 2）, low birth （ WAZ 〈 - 2） and emaciation were 3.74%, 0. 75% and 1.12%, respectively ; the medians of height - for - age in all the age groups were higher than the criterion recommended by WHO, the medians of weight - for - age in children aged 24 - 27 and 30 - 33 months were lower than the criterion recommended by WHO, the median of weight - for - height in children aged 30 - 33 months was lower than the criterion recommended by WHO. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that maternal occupation, educational level, feeding knowledge of carers, birth weight and appetite were important influencing factors of nutritional status in children. Conclusion： The total nutritional status of children aged 1 - 2 years old is good ; body development of children is affected by birth, feeding and family statuses, comprehensive interventional measures should be taken to promote body development of children.
