包络啮合理论在矫直辊形设计中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为设计合理的矫直辊形,改善钢筋矫直效果,建立了矫直辊与被矫钢筋间共轭运动关系模型,运用空间坐标变换方法推导出矫直辊与钢筋间的坐标变换矩阵,针对热轧带肋钢筋几何特性,将钢筋横截面等效为椭圆面,推导出钢筋曲面族包络面存在公式,在此基础上,基于包络啮合理论,建立接触线方程及矫直辊形曲线方程,对辊形曲线方程进行了迭代求解。结果表明:设计的辊形与钢筋接触状态良好,满足了生产实践加工要求,易于实现数字化设计与加工。 In order to design a more reasonable straightening roller shape to improve straightening effect of steel bar, the conjugate motion relation model between the steel bar and straightening roller is established. The coordinate transformation matrix between the straightening roll and the steel bar is deduced by using space coordinate transformation method. Regarding the geometrical property of hot rolled ribbed bars, the cross section of bar is equivalent to ellipse and existence condition of surface enveloping surface is deduced. On the basis of above, the equation of the contact line and the straightening roll shape curve is derived .The iterative solution method is applied to solve the equation of the straightening roll shape curve. The result shows that the contact state of roller shape and bar is good, which can meet the processing requirements of production and is easy to realize digital design and manufacture.
