肉鸡腹水症发病机理的研究 Ⅲ.低温对肉鸡心功能和心室结构的影响 被引量:5

The Pathogenesis of Broilers Ascites Ⅲ.The Effect of Low Temperature on Heart Function and Histopathological Changes of Ventricles

摘要 本研究采用心电图描记技术动态检测低温环境下肉鸡右心功能的变化 ,同时利用电镜技术观察心肌超微结构的病理变化。研究表明低温处理 1周后心电图 导联、AVF导联 S波幅显著升高 ,主要呈 r S波型 ;超微结构显示肌原纤维部分断裂、线粒体体积增大为特征 ;而右心室病变较轻。低温处理3周、4周后左右心室肌微丝受损 ,肌原纤维Z线模糊或消失 ,线粒体明显肿胀 ,严重者出现空泡样变 ,左心室的病理变化比右心室重。研究发现低温处理后肉鸡右心功能减退 ,左右心室病理组织学变化有所不同 ,提示低温处理后肉鸡早期左心主要呈代偿性变化 ,中期右心出现代偿功能变化 ,左心代偿功能增强 ,而后期左心室出现失代偿的病变 。 The change of right ventricle function was evaluated using electrocardiographic analysis and histopathology of electronic micrograph was firstly investigated in low temperature.The results showed that the S wave amplitudes in lead Ⅱ and aVF had attained a more negative amplitude since the broilers were suffered from cold stress,mainly characterized as rS wave. The pathological change of left ventricle was initiated in the early low temperature,myofibril showed edema, mitochondria slightly increased in numbers, while morphological alteration of right ventricle remained normal in early time.The change of right ventricle began after 3 and 4 weeks exposed to cold stress,the myocardial fiber showed swollen and damaged ultrstracturally, with a disarrangement and swollen of mitochondria and structural changes in the cristae,some The changes of myocardium and mitochondria in the left ventricle were similar to but more severe than those in the right ventricle.in the end.The different change between right ventricle and left ventricle suggest that right ventricle function becomes decompensation in middle phase suffered from cold exposure, At end the histopathology of left ventricle attained grievous injury than that of right ventricle. These changes of left ventricle may have direct effect on developing broiler ascites.
