摘要
指出了世纪之交中国炼油工业的现状和面临的挑战。认为中国炼油工业必须深入节能 ,必须进行企业资源规划优化、炼油厂能耗构成优化和能量集成优化 ,采用先进管理模式 ,开展节能技术的基础研究 。
Chinese petroleum refining industry is facing serious challenge and opportunity at the junction of 20th and 21st centuries.It was pointed that Chinese petroleum refining industry has to make its effort on energy conservation and resources programming,optimize its energy source composition and process integration.Meanwhile,adopting advanced managing mode and developing new energy saving technology and equipment are also very important.
