摘要
在对管壳式换热器进行经济分析的基础上,导出了换热器的总费用方程,并进一步推导出单台换热器选型与换热网络传热温差的关系。以上述总费用最小为目标函数,开发了国产系列标准管壳式换热器优化选型程序,该程序包括浮头式A/B型新旧系列、U形管式A/B系列和固定管板式系列等七个系列及光滑管、内插物管、低肋管、螺旋槽管、横纹管及其组合等7种管型的换热器的选型或核算,在实际应用中效果良好。
On the basis of exergoeconomic analysis for tube-shell heat exchanger,the total costequation for heat exchanger(HE) operation is deduced, and the relation between a unit ofHE and its best heat transfer temperature difference is presented that gives the importantinformation for further improvement of the HE network structure. The program of theoptimal selection for tube-shell heat exchanger HED is then developed which gives the bestHE type with minimum total cost and the information of HE and its best temperature dif-ference. It can deal with 7 HE series-the floating-head,U-tube,stationary head bonnet etc.and 7 tube types and/or their combination-the plain,insert,low fin,spirally fluted,ver-tical fluted etc. Two example results of the program are presented.
