OPTIMIZATION ANALYSIS OF STEAM SYSTEM IN PETROLEUM REFINERIES BASED ON EXERGY CONCEPT

摘要 炼油厂在蒸汽平衡中只重视数量概念,不重视质量概念,使蒸汽平衡工作走入误区,无法使节能工作走上新台阶。分析了炼油厂蒸汽系统存在的问题和平衡的原则。用(?)概念计算分析了几个造成能量损失的过程,探讨了优化方向并进行了实例分析。 As the refiners usually attach a great importance on the quantity rather than the quality of steam in refinery steam balance, the steam balancing work goes astray and energy utilization can not be improved. The problems of steam supply system of refinery and steam balance principles are studied, several energy loss cases are analyzed by exergy concept, and energy utilization optimization is discussed.
