摘要
晚期癌痛患者应用阿片类药物可以解决80%以上的疼痛;而阿片类药物由于剂型因素、药物本身的特点存在较大的药动学和药效学的差距,特别是癌痛治疗时的给药途径、药物转换等环节与药物动力学息息相关。本文主要以吗啡药动学和药效学为数据,解读阿片类药物应用于晚期癌痛患者时,按照PK/PD理论使用的合理性和重要性,达到合理使用阿片类药物的目的。
Objective：To explain the rationality and importance according to the PK/ PD theory on the use of opi-oid drugs in patients with advanced cancer based on morphine pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics so as to reasona-bly use opioid drugs. Methods：More than 80% of the pain could be reduced when opioid drugs were taken by patients with advanced cancer. Results and Conclusion：There was significant difference between pharmacokinetics and phar-macodynamics in opioid drugs because of dosage forms and own medical characteristic. Especially,for reducing cancer pain,route of drug administration and drug conversion have been associated with pharmacokinetics.
