摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对高龄高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法:1 600例高龄高血压患者按住院号将患者分为观察组和对照组各800例。观察组进行护理干预及常规治疗,对照组仅给予常规护理及治疗。观察并比较两组患者服药依从性、干预后血压等情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血压控制率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,对高龄高血压患者实施护理干预,可明显改善患者服药依从性及血压控制情况。
Objective：To study the influence of nursing intervention on medication compliance in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods ：1600 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012, and according to the admission number, the cases were divided into observation group and control group with 800 cases in either group. The observation group was treated with nursing intervention and normal treatment, and the control group was given routine nursing and treatment. Their medication compliance and blood pressure of the two groups were observed after intervention. Results：After the intervention, the compliance in the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The blood pressure control rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing intervention in elderly hypertensive patients could improve the compliance of the patients and control their blood pressure significantly, and it was worthy of clinical application.
