摘要
[目的]观察西黄丸联合西医治疗乳腺癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组20例常规内分泌治疗及手术治疗;来曲唑,2.5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组20例西黄丸,3g/次,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效5例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。对照组显效3例,有效8例,无效9例,总有效率55.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]西黄丸联合西医治疗乳腺癌效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the west yellow pill treatment of breast cancer. [Methods] Using random parallel control method,the 40 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Control group 20 cases of normal endocrine therapy and surgery. To letrozole, 2.5 mg/1/d. Treatment group（20 cases of west yellow pills,3 g/time,2 times/d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group 5 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 70.00%. Control group 3 cases had marked effect,8 cases effectively,9 no effect,the total effective rate was 55.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Estrogen receptor west yellow pill treatment of breast cancer effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
