摘要
简述了制动真空助力器的结构和工作原理，强调了反馈盘在制动真空助力器中的重要作用。分析了制动真空助力器的起动值、跳增值、残留值等几个重要参数的计算方法和特征曲线，提出影响以上几个参数的因素主要是空气阀柱的配合尺寸，同时其它零件的尺寸与精度也影响这三个值。
This paper introduces briefly the structure and working principle of braking vacuum booster,stresses the important effect of feed－ back disc in braking vacuum booster,analyzes the calculation method and characteristic curve of several important parameters such as start value,jump－ increased value and residual value of braking vacuum booster and put forward the factor affecting several parameters mentioned above is mainly related to the fitting dimension of air valve stem,these three values are affected by dimensions and accuracies of other parts at the same time.
