摘要
针对目前我国真空助力器检测设备的落后现状,采用有限状态自动机与现代控制技术开发了一种新型的汽车真空助力器设备的微机检测系统;通过对检测设备整个系统和各个分系统的动态行为分析,建立整个系统和各个分系统的状态机和子状态机并依据此模型开发出检测系统主控软件;应用结果表明,利用该方案设计的检测主控软件,增强了系统的可靠性与稳定性;软件结构清晰,易于维护和扩展。
This paper advanced a new method of software development for automobile vacuum booster test system by means of combined Finite State Machine theory with modern control technologies. Via analyzing dynamic behavior of the whole system and subsystems of the test device, established state machine and sub state machines of the whole system and subsystems. Based on the model, developed the master control software of the test device. The application shows that the system runs stably and accurately. The framework of software is distinct and easy to extend.
