PLC的高可靠性,触摸屏友好的人机界面及便捷灵活的组态编程,两者的结合构成工业测控领域中理想的解决方案。结合汽车制动真空助力器在线测试系统的研制,阐述PLC与触摸屏在该测控系统中的应用及相关难题的解决。
: PLC has high reliability, and touch - screen has friendly human - machine interface and flexible configuration software. It is ideal to combine both of them to form a measuring and controlling solution in industry. The paper introduces the application of PLC and touch - screen in the system of automobile brake vacuum booster online testing, and gives the solution of the correlative problems.
