摘要
研究了离子排斥色谱法分离测定啤酒中的有机酸 ,选用最常见的盐酸作淋洗液 ,以四丁基氢氧化铵为再生液、考查了淋洗液浓度 ,流量等因素对分离和测定的影响 .通过实验确定最佳色谱条件为 :1 .1 0mmol/L盐酸作淋洗液 ,流量为 0 .80mL/min ;5mmol/L四丁基氢氧化铵作再生液 ,流量为 1 .1 0mL/min .并在此条件下 ,测定啤酒中的有机酸得到了满意的结果 .
The separation and detection of organic acids with ion exclusion chromatography and suppressed conductivity detection were studied, and the effect on the separation and detection of the detected ingredients by eluant's density and flow were investigated by using ofter seen HCl acid as eluant and TBA OH as regenerant. Through the test, the optimum operation condition were eluant 1.10mmol/L HCl acid, flow rate 0.80mL/min, regerant 5mmol/L TBA OH, flow rate 1.10mL/min. In such conditions, organic acids in beer were determined.
