摘要
目的:探讨小针刀治疗脑卒中致肱二头肌痉挛的疗效观察及护理。方法:选取在我院住院治疗的脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛患者100例,按接诊治疗次序单双号分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组进行常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗基础上加小针刀松解痉挛的肱二头肌肌腱。结果:观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中致肱二头肌痉挛患者采用小针刀治疗及护理,疗效显著,患者上肢功能恢复快,其生活质量明显提高。
Objective：To observe efficacy of knife acupuncture in treating biceps cramps following stroke. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation was given knife acupuncture. Results： Effects in the observation group were better than that in the control, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Knife acupuncture for biceps cramps following stroke was good at recovering upper limb function, improving life quality and had good effects.
