摘要
采用正交试验对田基黄注射液的吸附澄清工艺进行了初步研究 ,得出最佳工艺 ,即 :澄清剂用量为 1m L/ 10 m L,田基黄提取液浓度为 4g/ m L,药液 p H值为 5 .3。经薄层定性及稳定性初步观察 ,该法具有可行性。
A research has been carried out on the technological process of Tianjihuang Injection in absorption and clarification by orthogonal design. As a result,the best technological condition is obtained,which is that the dosage of clarificant is 1ml/10ml estract of Hypericum japonicum,the concentration of the estract is 4.0g the herb/ml and the pH value of the extract is 5.3.This technique has been proved feasible by the qualitative experiment of TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography)and the prelininary experiment of stability.
