摘要
分析了水力冲孔增透消突的机理,阐述了水力冲孔的工艺流程,以北辰矿8111工作面底板巷为试验地点,考察了水力冲孔前后抽采影响半径、煤层瓦斯含量、透气性系数、抽采瓦斯浓度和瓦斯流量的变化。并利用RFPA2D-Flow软件模拟了水力冲孔前后煤层裂隙发育过程,研究了水力冲孔后煤层应力和渗透系数对抽采效果的影响。
Analysis the mechanism of hydraulic borehole flushing permeability improvement and outburst prevention,described the process of hydraulic borehole flushing technology.Took 8111 face of the floor gateway in Beichen Mine as the test site,investigated the change of influence radius of gas drainage,gas content,coefficient of gas permeability,drainage gas concentration and gas flow before and after borehole hydraulic flushing.By using RFPA2D-Flow software to simulate the process of coal fracture with borehole hydraulic flushing,studied the effects of seam stress and seepage coefficient in the drainage results after hydraulic borehole flushing.
