摘要 利用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法对高压水射流切割进行了多相流的数值模拟,研究并分析了淹没流与非淹没流的影响、压力的影响、喷嘴直径的影响、喷嘴对射流的影响以及淹没与非淹没流下磨料的流动特性关系,其结果可为高压水切割工具的设计提供参考依据。 This paper stimulates numerically multi-phases flow of high pressure water jet cutting by the calculating flow mechanics. Some factors are studied, such as submerge and non-submerge flow, pressure, diameter of nozzle, the effect of nozzle on water jet, the flow characteristic of abrasive with submerge and non-submerge flow. The results can guide for the design of high pressure water jet cutting machine.
