摘要 矿用局部通风机是煤矿安全生产的主要设备,为实现通风量的智能控制,采用模糊算法,对矿井局部通风机瓦斯控制系统进行了设计研究。分析了局部通风机的控制要求,建立了瓦斯浓度的模糊算法,然后对模糊算法控制查询表进行了制作。算法以瓦斯浓度偏差变化率以及瓦斯浓度偏差为输入值,并以变频输出电压相对应的电机转速为输出值,提出了局部通风机的系统控制方案以及方案中重要部分的配置。以PLC控制器的局部通风机控制系统为模糊控制的操作提供了理论基础。 Coal mine partial ventilator is the main equipment for coal mine safety production.In order to realize the intelligent control of ventilation rate,the design and research of gas control system for mine local ventilator were carried out by using fuzzy algorithm.The control requirements of local fan were analyzed,and the fuzzy algorithm of gas concentration was established.Then the fuzzy algorithm control query table was made.The algorithm took the variation rate of gas concentration deviation and the deviation of gas concentration as input values and the motor speed corresponding to the output voltage of frequency conversion as output values.The system control scheme of local fan and the configuration of important parts in the scheme were proposed.The local fan control system based on PLC controller provides a theoretical basis for fuzzy control operation.
