增食欲素与能量代谢

摘要 增食欲素(orexin)是1998年Sakurai等[1]在实验室寻求已知的7次跨膜"孤儿"受体的内源性配体时发现的,是由下丘脑外侧区(later hypothalamus area,LHA)合成和分泌的具有神经兴奋作用的多肽,参与摄食、睡眠与觉醒、能量代谢和内分泌等多种功能的调节。现将orexin与能量代谢的调节阐述如下。
