矽肺患者血清瘦素及增食欲素水平变化分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Plasma Levels of Leptin and Orexin in Patients with Silicosis

摘要 【目的】探讨矽肺患者瘦素、增食欲素浓度水平变化。【方法】选取矽肺患者32例(矽肺组),慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者33例(COPD组)和健康体检者30例(对照组)。EDTA抗凝管采集三组患者空腹静脉血4mL,检测并比较三组血浆瘦素、增食欲素浓度。【结果】矽肺组瘦素及增食欲素浓度分别为(485.13±286.42)ng/mL、(151.14±129.57)ng/mL,与COPD组瘦素浓度(457.22±235.98)ng/mL和增食欲素浓度(132.81±101.26)ng/mL比较升高,但差异无显著性(P〉0.05);与对照组瘦素浓度(316.26士169.15)ng/mL和增食欲素浓度(89.57±83.64)ng/mL比较显著升高,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。【结论】矽肺患者血浆瘦素、增食欲素浓度均明显升高,推断血浆瘦素、增食欲素浓度变化可能与营养不良相关。 [Objective] To explore the changes of leptin and orexin in patients with silicosis. [Methods] The 32 patients with silicosis(silicosis group), 33 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) (COPD group) and 30 healthy subjects(control group) were selected. EDTA anticoagulation tube was used to collect 4ml fasting venous blood in 3 groups, Plasma levels of leptin and orexin among 3 groups were measured and compared. [Results] Plasma leptin and orexin level were (485.13::L:286.42)ng/ml and (151.14::k129.57) ng/ml in silicosis group, (457.22~235.98)ng/ml and (132.81:t:101.26)ng/ml in COPD group, (316.26! 169.15) ng/ml and (89.57±83.64)ng/ml in control group, respectively. Compared with COPD group and control group, plasma levels of leptin and orexin in silicosis group increased, and there was no significant difference between silicosis group and COPD group( P 〉0.05), but there was significant difference between silicosis group and control group( P d0.05). [Conclusion] Plasma levels of leptin and orexin in patients with silicosis group are significantly increased. It suggests that plasma levels of leptin and orexin may be related to malnourishment.
