摘要
目的:调查南通市实施基本药物制度后居民对基层医疗单位的满意度情况,通过比较在不同运行机制下患者的满意度情况,找出存在的问题。方法:通过问卷形式在南通市6个县、市、区的样本乡镇卫生院进行了门诊病人调查,共调查了413位完成就诊准备离开的门诊病人。结果:44.7%的南部3个县调查对象对基本药物制度比较了解,明显高于北部3个县调查对象的比例(17.8%),同时71.6%的南部3个县调查对象对基本药物制度的总体满意度高于北部3个县的调查对象的比例(42.6%)。结论:北部3个县需要通过加强宣传以及医务人员的培训来提高基本药物制度实施后的居民满意度。
Objective：To discover the existing problems by comparing the satisfactory of patients under different operating mechanism.Methods：A questionnaire survey is conducted on 413 outpatients who are ready to leave.Results：44.7％ of the respondents in the three South counties have a better understanding of the basic drug system,which is significantly higher than the proportion of respondents （17.8％） in northern three counties,while 71.6％ of the respondents in the three South counties are satisfied with the basic drug sysLem,above the proportion of respondents （42.6％） in the three counties in the North.Conclusion：To improve the satislactory of the residents after the implementation of Essential Drug System by strengthening propagandizing and training of medical personnel.
