摘要
从成本收益分析的角度,对我国基本药物制度实施过程中政府监管效率的现状进行分析,探讨提高政府监管效率的关键点,进而提出健全监管法律法规、建立有效的多部门协调机制、加快监管的信息化建设等建议,促进基本药物制度实施过程中政府监管效率的提高。
The current situation of the efficiency of government regulation in the essential medicine system implementation was analyzed using the cost-benefit analysis.The keys to the improvement of government regulation efficiency was explored in order to put forward suggestions for perfecting regulatory laws and regulations,establishing the effective multi-sectoral coordination mechanism and speeding up the information construction of regulation to promote the efficiency of government regulation for essential medicine system.
