摘要
实现基本公共服务均等化是当前新农村建设的目标之一,河南省宝丰县移民新村在2009年按照新农村的标准修建,因此研究移民新村的医疗卫生状况问题,对于在新农村建设中实现公共服务均等化的探究有一定的代表作用。通过对比分析法,指出宋湾村的医疗卫生建设存在着医疗人才匮乏,床位短缺,设备不足,常备药品不可及,资金来源渠道单一等问题,针对这些问题,指出要多渠道保障医疗卫生资源的充分供给,保障公民享受公共服务。
Practicing equal basic public service is one of the aims of current new rural development.Songwan immigration village in Baofeng county of Henan province was built in accordance with the standards of the new countryside construction in 2009.Studying medical and health problems of the immigration village and practicing equality of public service in new rural community is of great significance.Based on the comparative study,the author of this paper holds that there is a lack of medical talents,shortage of beds equipment,regular medicines and funds.The author of this paper holds that we should ensure the supply of medical and health resources by multi- channel and guarantee citizens＇ right to enjoy public service.
