摘要
通道侗族自治县地处湘桂黔三省交界的边陲地区,交通不便,信息闭塞,是典型的经济后发达地区,城镇居民医疗保险制度改革更是一大难题。以通道县城镇居民医疗保险为案例进行研究,通过对通道县城镇居民进行问卷调查和个案访谈,了解城镇居民医疗保险制度的现状,对城镇居民医疗保险中的一些问题等进行了分析,并提出了后发达地区缓解"看病难、看病贵"问题的建议。
The transportation is inconvenient and informatinn is unenlightened in Tongdao autonomous county, fi）r the location in junctional zone of Hunan, Guangxi and Guizhou. And this county is typically ＂aged, young, remote and poor＂, especially the reform of medical insurance system for town residents is a big problem there. Based on the study of questionnaire survey and individual cases, this paper gets the current situation and analyses the problems of medical insurance system for town residents. And finally the solutions of remitting the issue ＂diffieuh and costly to see a doctor＂ are proposed.
