摘要
医疗卫生服务体系通过加快建设区域内医疗联合体,推进分级诊疗制度,以实现医疗资源优化配置、信息共享互联,提高患者就诊效率。笔者梳理了“互联网+医疗健康”发展对医联体建设的推进作用,发现“互联网+”技术的发展和互联网医院的建设实施,促进了医联体远程医疗的技术实现、扩大了医联体的跨区域建设、提升了医联体内部大数据管理能力。特别是在新冠肺炎疫情期间,“互联网+”医联体建设有效缓解了患者看病难、排队久、耗时长的传统就诊痛点和慢病患者复诊续方问题,同时降低了交叉感染风险。跨区域医联体内部“组团式”对口帮扶更有效解决了偏远区域缺乏优质医疗资源的问题。
The medical and health service system promotes the hierarchical medical system by accelerating the construction of medical consortia in the region in order to achieve optimal allocation of medical resources, information sharing, and interconnection, and improve the efficiency of patient consultation. This paper sorted out the role of the development of "Internet + medical health" in promoting the construction ofa Medical Cluster and found that the development of "Internet +" technology and the construction and implementation of Internet hospitals have promoted the technical realization of telemedicine, expanded the cross-regional construction of Medical Cluster.In addition, the implementation of Internet hospitals has improved the ability to manage big data within Medical Clusters. In particular,during the epidemic, the construction of the "Internet+" Medical Cluster effectively alleviated the traditional pain points of difficult, long queues and time-consuming visits to the doctor and the recurring prescriptions for patients with chronic diseases, while reducing the risk of cross-contamination. The lack of quality medical resources in remote areas has been more effectively addressed by internal physician team support from the cross-regional Medical Cluster.
