摘要
基于区域持续创新能力指标之间存在着多层次、复杂的特点,将模糊物元与欧式贴近度结合起来,并建立了基于模糊物元的欧式贴近度模型。在确定指标权重时引入熵值理论,有效地确保了在评价指标权重时的主观性和不确定性的减小。最后,以江苏省为实例,评价江苏省的持续创新能力并为江苏省的持续创新提出相关对策建议。从江苏省的实例分析表明,该方法实用、可行。
Based on the multi-level and complexity of the indexes of regional sustainable innovation ability,this paper combines fuzzy matter element with Euclid approach degree and suggests a new model.By using entropy the-ory to determine the weight coefficient of the indexes could effectively reduce the subjectivity and uncertainty in the evaluation process.At last,this paper takes Jiangsu province as a practical example,evaluates its sustainable inno-vation ability and puts forward the related countermeasures for its sustainable innovation.The case study indicates that this method is applicable and feasible.
