超声波辅助木材常压浸渍工艺初探 被引量:4

摘要 以人工林杉木为试材,对超声波辅助木材常压浸渍工艺进行了初步探究。结果表明:超声波辅助对于提高木材常压浸渍的增重率作用显著,但这种显著作用的发挥依赖于木材的初含水率。生材含水率附近,超声波的辅助作用最强,使试材最终增重率达19.87%,比其对照组的10.15%高出95.76%。与传统干材常压浸渍组的15.34%相比,尽管单因素方差分析结果为F<F0.05,即二者的增重率间无显著差异,但超声波辅助生材常压浸渍只需一次干燥处理,与传统干材常压浸渍的两次干燥相比在降低能耗、缩短周期、节约成本方面更具优势。因此,在本试验条件下,超声波辅助木材常压浸渍的最优工艺为超声波频率40kHz,处理时间60min,药液浓度15%,试材选择生材。 Ultrasound-assisting wood impregnation at atmospheric pressure has been studied and Chinese Fir plantation was taken as specimens in this paper.The results indicate that the weight gain(WG) rate of impregnated wood assisted by ultrasound at atmospheric pressure significantly increases, which related to wood initial moisture content. The effect of ultrasound is more significant when wood was impregnated with high moisture content; the WG of the ultrasound-assisted group is 19.87%, which is 95.76% higher than that of control group, whose WG is 10.15%. To finish the impregnation process, conventional impregnation group, whose WG is 15.34% at atmospheric pressure, needs to steps, while ultrasound-assisted impregnation with green wood only needs one time, so ultrasound-assisted impregnation has more advantages when lower energy, shorter producing period and less investment were taken into consideration, even though the result of one-way analysis of variance is FF0.05, which means little difference between the WG of the former and the latter. Consequently, the optimal process of this research is the conditions that the ultrasonic frequency of 40kHz, the time of 60min, the concentration of solution of 15% in and green wood should be selected.
