摘要
对速生材进行表面处理提高其产品附加值是解决森林资源不足,提高木材综合利用的有效途径。本文以速生材为研究对象,通过对其刮筋加工技术的研究,探讨了刮筋肌理的加工方法以及在家具造型中的设计原则。研究表明,刮筋肌理具有古朴、粗犷、沧桑的视觉特征,能改变速生材原有的低质感。刮筋肌理主要用于以平面为主的零部件和强调质感的装饰部件,不适合用于桌台类家具的功能界面。刮筋肌理通过染色处理和与其他材料相结合,能有效改变速生材低档材料特性,提升产品附加值。
Surface treatment of fast-growing wood to increase its added value is an effective way to solve the shortage of forest resources and improve the comprehensive utilization of wood. In this paper, fast-growing wood as the research object, through the study of Gua Jin Technology, the Gua Jin texture processing methods and the design principles in furniture modeling are discussed. The research shows that Gua Jin texture has the visual characteristics of simplicity, roughness and vicissitudes, and can change the original low texture of fast-growing wood. Gua Jin texture is mainly used for plane-based parts and emphasis on the texture of the decorative parts, not suitable for table furniture functional interface. Gua Jin texture can effectively change the properties of low-grade fast-growing materials and enhance the added value of products by dyeing and combining with other materials.
