摘要
用BL-环保阻燃剂处理云杉所需工艺参数因云杉密度的不同而不同。本研究首先通过正交试验确定处理中等密度云杉的最佳工艺参数,然后进一步试验得出处理高密度及低密度云杉所需的相应工艺参数,并分析了各因素对处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:经过BL-环保阻燃剂处理的云杉各项阻燃性能均达到GA/T42.1中规定的阻燃木材标准;同时,烟密度等级也小于GB/T8627中的标准。
Different processing conditions are needed for treating spruce （Picea asperata） of different densities, with BL-environmentally friendly flame retardant. The study was done by two steps. First, an orthogonal experiment was made to find out proper processing parameters for middle density spruce. Based on the result of the first experiment, follow-up experiments were conducted to find out corresponding parameters for treating spruce of lower or higher densities, and then effecting mechanism of each factor was analyzed. The results showed that spruce treated by BL-environmentally friendly flame retardant successfully met the requirements of GMT 42.1 for fire retardant wood; and the smoke density of the samples also met the requirements in GB/T 8627.
