摘要
介绍一种V法铸造生产厚大平板件的工艺方法,通过冷铁工艺设计解决了V法生产该类厚大平板件的工艺难题,避免了易塌型、开裂及平面度问题,获得了表面质量及内在质量都较高的铸件。
A V production process of the heavy and large plane casting was described. Through chill process design,the production process problem of the heavy and large plane casting was solved,the collapse,cracking and flatness were avoided. The high surface quality and internal quality castings were obtained.
