V法铸造砂芯加套冷铁工艺

Process of Chill Around Sand Core in V-Process Casting

摘要 为控制V法铸造配重装配孔砂芯的烧结现象,采用在砂芯外加套的冷铁工艺。通过凝固温度场模拟,发现冷铁可以有效降低砂芯前沿铁液温度,缩短铁液对砂芯的高温烘烤时间,加快铁液凝固速度,从而在很大程度上减少砂芯烧结现象,减轻清铲的工作量,达到提高铸件表面质量、降低生产成本的目的。 To control the sintering phenomenon of sand core for assembly holes of counter weight with V-process, the process of the chills around the sand core was adopted. The thermal field simulation results show that by using the chills, the molten iron temperature in front of the resin bonded sand core is effectively reduced, the high temperature baking time of molten iron on sand core is shorten, and the solidification of molten iron is accelerated. Thus the sintering phenomenon for core is reduced largely to cut down the clear working, enhance the quality of castings and lower the production cost.
