摘要
在分析消失模铸造型壁稳定性条件的基础上 ,通过试验研究了各工艺因素对型壁稳定性的影响 ,据此进一步论述了型壁移动机理。结果表明 :干砂填充密度低、紧固力不足及液态金属静压力和气隙压力的双重作用是造成消失模铸造型壁移动的主要原因。充分振动、选用混合砂同时提高真空度、必要时采用阶梯浇注系统等是消除或减少型壁移动及出现坍塌现象的有效措施。
On the basis of analysis of the mold wall stability condition in EPC, the effects of various technological parameters on the mold wall stability have been investigated by experiments. Thus the mechanism of the mold wall moving has been discussed. The results show that the low filling density of unbounded sand, the lacking bounded force and the double action of the liquid metal static pressure and gas gap pressure are the main causes to result in the mold wall moving in EPC. There are some contrary tendencies in the effects of various factors on the mold wall moving and collapse phenomena, only suitable values of above factors are adopted at the same time the two phenomena could both avoided, that is, sufficient vibration, using mixed sand, increasing vacuum degree and using stepped gating system are the effective measures to avoid or decrease the mold wall moving.
