摘要
目的探讨信息技术在首台择期手术准点开始管理中的应用效果。方法利用医院现有的信息资源对手术麻醉信息管理系统进行开发和设计,严格规定首台手术术前准备时间、入手术间时间、麻醉完成时间、手术开始时间并进行过程监测和干预。比较管理前后首台手术准点执行情况及当日手术准点完成情况。结果实施后首台择期手术准点开台率及当日各时间点手术完成情况较实施前显著改善(均P<0.01)。结论信息技术应用于首台择期手术准点开始管理可起到较好的过程监测管理作用,提高首台手术准点开始率。
Objective To investigate whether applying information technology ensures timely start of the first elective operation.Methods Using the existing information resources,we developed an anesthesia information management system （AIMS）,set the timing to start preparing for the first operation of the day,the timing to allow patient entry into the operating room,the timing to complete anesthesia,and the time to start operation; we also monitored the whole process and took interventions.Before and after application of AIMS,the rates of timely start of the first elective operation,and completion of surgeries at different time points of the day were recorded and compared.Results After application of AIMS,the rate of timely start of the first elective operation were enhanced,and completion of surgeries at different time points of the day were shortened （P＜0.01 for both）.Conclusion Information technology management is a scientific,effective management means to ensures timely start of the first elective operation of the day.
