摘要
目的收集分析手术室效率指标数据,找出术前手术配合中存在的问题,进一步优化手术室工作流程,提高工作效率,加快手术间的周转,节约医疗资源。方法设定手术室4项效率指标,通过2017年1—5月与2018年1—5月的数据进行收集对比、对原因进行分析,找出问题的根源,提出改进措施,进一步优化手术流程。结果 2017年1—5月的每月手术间工作时间及手术量和2018年1—5月比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2018年1—5月的接台手术准时切皮率优于2017年1—5月,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);而2017年1—5月的首台手术准时切皮率和2018年1—5月比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论手术室专科护理质量效率指标的应用为手术的安全、高效,节约医院成本,节约人力、物力。
Objective Operating room efficiency indexes were collected and analyzed to find out the problems existing in the surgical teamwork,further optimize working process of the operating room,improve work efficiency,speed up the turnover between surgery and save medical resources.Methods Four efficiency indicators were set for the operating room.The data from January to May 2017 and January to May 2018 were collected and compared,and the causes were analyzed.The causes of the problems were found out,and improvement measures were put forward to further optimize the operation process.Results The monthly operation time and operation volume from January to May 2017 were compared with those from January to May 2018,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).From January to May 2018,the punctual skin incision rate was better than that from January to May 2017,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The punctual incision rate of the first operation from January to May 2017 was compared with that from January to May 2018,there was no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion Applying operating room efficiency indexes provide data support for surgical safety and efficiency,saving the cost of hospital,saving manpower material resources.
