微时代不仅带来信息传递方式的改变,更提供一种思维方式和工作模式的变化,将"微"理念与大学生就业教育的微观动态需求相结合,能更好地促进就业教育的开展,提高就业教育的针对性和实效性,为学生提供更人性化的服务,助推大学生实现个性化就业,解决大学生就业"过剩"与"短缺"的矛盾,提高就业质量。
The micro era brings about not only changes of the information transfer mode, but more provides a variety in way of thinking and work pattern. Combining the concept of "micro" with the micro dynamic demand of the education of university students' employment can better promote the employment education, heighten its pertinence and effectiveness, thus it can afford students a more humanized service, assist university students in achieving personalized employment, resolve the conflict between "redundancy" and "shortage" in university students and enhance the employment quality.
