摘要
随着科学技术的不断进步,微博这种全新的交流工具如浪潮般席卷了人们的生活。大学生作为微博群体的主力军,受微博的影响较大。在这种背景下,如何利用微博开展大学生涯教育和就业指导工作,给我们带来了新的挑战。本文从微博对高校、企业以及大学生的重要影响出发,分析了微博在生涯教育和就业指导过程中的重要作用,并对高校就业微博的现状进行了归纳总结,指出了就业微博发展的问题,包括更新较慢、内容狭窄、互动较少、缺乏专门人员进行维护与管理等,基于此得出结论,高校应该多策并举应对"微时代"下的高校就业指导工作。
With the progress of science and technology, the new communication tool of micro-blog sweeps across the life of people. As the main force of micro-blog groups, college students were influenced greatly, which brought a new challenge to how to use the micro-blog to begin university career education and career guidance work. This article researched the current situation and the existing problems, and probed into the countermeasures, based on the important impact of the micro-blog respectively to universities, enterprises and college students.
