摘要
稀土钐改性TiO2光催化性能有很大的争议,基于此采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了不同掺杂量和不同温度下煅烧的光催化剂,通过XRD和亚甲基蓝的降解实验,探讨了煅烧温度、空气流速、催化剂用量和掺杂量对亚甲基蓝的降解效果。结果表明:当煅烧温度为500℃,掺杂Sm3+为1.2%,空气流速达到1.3 L/m in,催化剂用量为1.5 g/L时,催化性能达到最好。
There are great disputes about the photocatalytic property of Sm^3+ doped TiO2 powders. In this paper, TiO2 photocatalyst was made under the different conditions by sol-gel method. The calcine temperature,the velocity of air,the amount of catalyzer and the doped Sm^3+ were investigate through XDR and MB degradation experiment. The results indicated that the better degradation effect was reached when 1.5 g/L TiO2 dopes with 1.2% (mol/L) Sm^3+ was used under 500℃ and 1.3 L/min of air speed.
