摘要
在中国社会工作教育现实处境下探讨"如何提高"与"如何评估"社会工作者临床技能,从而推动社会工作者能力建设是一项现实而紧迫的任务。本文沿着学术与制度的脉络探寻出社会工作者临床技能教育与评估问题的背后隐藏的是标准界定的问题,指出标准化是专业化、职业化的核心表征与必由路径。研究认为,完成标准化转向的可行路径是标准化案主的教育与评估模式的引入,而社会工作临床技能的指标体系的设计应是当下及未来研究的重点。
In the context of social work education in China, how to improve and how to evaluate social workers' clinical skills, so as to promote social workers' ability, is a realistic and urgent task. Along the thread of academic and institution, this paper finds out that the problem of education and evaluation on social workers' clinical skills actually is the problem of the standard definition, and puts forward that the standardization is the core of characterization and the necessary process for specialization and professionalization. To achieve the standardization, it is a feasible approach to introduce the new strategy of the standardized client. It should be the focus of research to draw out the index system of social work clinical skills at present and in the future.
