摘要
中国社会工作教育规模日益扩大,而学生的临床技能却未显著提高。为缓解矛盾,本文提出回归基础教育,推动课程改革,借鉴临床医学技能教育中的"标准化病人"技术,引入"标准化案主"的发展策略,并对此进行了理论追溯与实践探索。研究认为,将来"标准化案主"课程实训模式应是一项制度性存在,而非社区或机构实习失灵时的补缺。
Although the size of China's social work education has been increasing in recent years,students' clinical skills haven't been significantly improved yet.To enhance students' clinical skills,the author proposed that we should return to basic education,promote curriculum reform,and introduce a development strategy of 'standardized clients'.The author then reviewed and discussed the theoretical roots and practical strategies of ' standardized clients'.The paper points out that the 'standardized clients' practical course should be institutionalized rather than a temporary substitute and supplement to community or institutional intern.Finally,the author argues that the strategy of providing practical teaching and learning opportunities based on professional organizations affiliated with colleges and universities is not optimal and should be cautioned.
